Prestige Trademarks is owned by Emmah Karue.  Emmah is passionate about brand protection.  She graduated from the University of Manchester in 2001 with a law degree and pursued a Masters in International Business Law from the same institution.  She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (Commendation) from BPP Manchester.  Emmah has worked in various capacities from successfully representing Hard Rock Cafe before the Registrar of Trade marks in Nairobi to working with Counsel as part of defence team in prosecution of trade mark infringement case in Manchester.
